Multi-tenant courier and logistics SaaS
Dasprial PLUS is a modern logistics management platform for courier operators, franchise networks and SaaS providers. Built with Laravel 12, React 18, Inertia and Tailwind CSS, it centralizes shipment operations, dispatching, customer service, billing and reporting.
Shipment operations and tracking
- Create shipments for air, sea and ground transport.
- Print barcode labels and update shipment status by scanning.
- Manage 38 shipment statuses, service definitions and full activity history.
- Assign deliveries to drivers, plan routes and view live locations with Leaflet and Mapbox GL.
- Handle cash on delivery, proof of delivery, returns and refunds.
Customer portal and lockers
Customers can register, track parcels, pre-alert incoming shipments and use smart-locker pickup features. Self-service tools reduce support work while keeping shipment status visible in real time.
SaaS and finance controls
Provide isolated tenant workspaces, customer management, configurable pricing, billing, contract commissions and operational KPIs. REST APIs support connections to external business systems. Role-based access is designed for dispatchers, drivers, customer agents and administrators.
Requirements
Deployment requires PHP 8.2+, MySQL 5.7+, Node.js 18+, Composer, SMTP configuration and a Mapbox token for live maps. Online payment gateways can be integrated separately; cash on delivery is supported as an offline collection flow.
